Nexia CROS is designed for people with single-sided deafness or an unaidable ear. It wirelessly transmits sound from the poorer side to a compatible ReSound Nexia hearing aid on the better ear. Choose BiCROS if you also need amplification on the better ear.
The CROS transmitter picks up voices and ambient sound from your deaf side and sends them to your receiving Nexia hearing aid with low latency, helping you regain spatial awareness and follow conversations from any direction. Built on ReSound’s Organic Hearing approach, the system focuses on clear, comfortable speech in noisy environments while preserving the natural character of surrounding sounds.
