Battery & Charging

Available as a rechargeable model for convenient, all‑day power, or as a battery‑powered model using disposable batteries. Rechargeable versions work with Oticon charging solutions (such as a desktop charger or portable SmartCharger), letting you top up power at home or on the go.

Connectivity

Bluetooth Low Energy enables direct streaming from compatible iPhone, iPad, and many Android smartphones. Use the Oticon Companion App to adjust volume and programs, access Tinnitus Sound Support, receive RemoteCare adjustments, and locate misplaced hearing aids. Can I really buy hearing aids online?

Yes - but unlike generic online marketplaces, we’re a licensed audiology practice. That means you get both the convenience of online shopping and the confidence of professional, in-person care.

Will they be programmed for my hearing loss?

Absolutely. If you’re a new customer, we’ll guide you through a hearing test (in-clinic or remote). Every device is then customized to your specific needs - no generic settings.

Do I need to come into the clinic?

Not always. Many fittings and follow-ups can be done remotely depending on the device. But if you’re nearby, we’re happy to see you in person for adjustments and support. Generally we recommend coming into the clinic, after all you get local care with your purchase!

Can I return or exchange my hearing aids?

Yes. We offer a risk-free trial period and follow manufacturer return policies. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to adjust, replace, or refund.

Do you offer shipping and warranty support?

Yes, all devices come with full manufacturer warranties, and we ship securely across Australia. Local pickup is also available.
